Privacy Notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens to information when you visit constagility.com. It applies to this website only. Your use of the site is also covered by our Terms of Use.

Const Agility, LLC is an independent software company. We build and run our own apps, and we do not take client or contract work. This website is a brochure: three pages describing who we are and what we make. It is not a product, and nothing you do here creates an account or a relationship with us.

Our apps are separate from this website. Each one collects its own data, on its own systems, under its own privacy policy. If you are looking for the privacy terms of a particular app, use the links below rather than this notice.

2. What we do not do

It is easier to describe this website by what is absent, so here it is plainly:

We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner and no preference center on this site — there is nothing here for you to opt in or out of. Our host may still set the security cookies described above, which are part of its infrastructure rather than anything we configure.

3. What is collected when you visit

The headline is above: no analytics, no cookies of ours. What remains is the small, unavoidable set of things any website on the internet involves. Here is all of it.

Hosting and security

The site is served and protected by Cloudflare, which acts as our host and content delivery network. Like any web server, it records ordinary request logs: the IP address the request came from, the time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and details about your browser and device sent by the browser itself. These logs are what make it possible to deliver the page to you, to keep the site online, and to detect and block abuse such as automated attacks.

As part of that infrastructure, Cloudflare may set its own security and bot-management cookies on requests it protects. Those are Cloudflare's, not ours: we do not configure them, we do not read them, and they are not used to build any profile of you. We mention them because they may be the only cookies you ever see from this domain, and it would be misleading to claim otherwise.

Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser requests a stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com and the font files from fonts.gstatic.com, which discloses your IP address, and the usual browser and request details, to Google. This is the only third party the site brings into the page. We do not send Google anything else about you, and there is no Google analytics or advertising code on any page.

Your theme preference

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser using localStorage, under the key ca-theme. It is not a cookie, it is never transmitted to us, and it is not used to identify or recognize you. It exists only so the page looks the way you left it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

If you contact us

The only way to reach us from this site is the email address and phone number we publish. If you write or call, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use that to read and answer you, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your enquiry for marketing.

4. Cookies

To restate it clearly, because most privacy notices bury this: this website sets no cookies of its own, and runs no analytics or advertising cookies. We verified this in a real browser after our most recent changes, and the cookie store was empty.

The only cookies you may encounter are security cookies set by Cloudflare as part of hosting and protecting the site, described above. If you want to control cookies generally, your browser's settings let you block or delete them for any site, including this one. Blocking cookies will not break anything here, because we do not rely on them.

5. Why we process this information

There are only three reasons anything above happens:

We do not process anything here for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making about you.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers named in this notice, and only to the extent that using them involves it:

If you email or call us, your message also passes through our email and telephone providers, which carry and store it in the ordinary course of delivering that service.

Those are the only providers involved. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid legal process — or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the security of the site. If our business is ever transferred or reorganized, information held at the time could pass to the acquiring party, which would remain subject to a notice like this one.

7. How long it is kept

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, and no longer.

Server and security logs are retained by Cloudflare under Cloudflare's own retention practices, which are set by them rather than by us. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of it, after which it is deleted. Your theme preference lives in your browser and stays there until you clear it. There is no analytics data to retain, because we collect none.

8. Your choices and your rights

Depending on where you live, local law may give you rights over personal information about you — commonly the right to ask what is held, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy, to object to or limit certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising. On this website there is very little to exercise those rights against, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising at all.

You also have practical control at your end: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, clear the stored theme preference along with other site data, and use a browser or extension that blocks third-party font requests if you would rather Google not see your IP address.

If you want to make a request about information we hold, email [email protected] and tell us what you are asking for. We will do our best to respond and to verify who you are before acting on a request. Where a request concerns one of our apps rather than this website, please use that app's own privacy contact, since the data lives there and not here.

9. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in Texas, in the United States. The site is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, which means the request that fetches a page may be served — and logged — from a location closer to you than Texas. Cloudflare and Google operate their own infrastructure across many countries, and each applies its own policies to that data. If you contact us by email or phone, your message reaches us in the United States.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact details on this site, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website changes — for example if we ever add a service or a third party that is not described here. When we do, we will revise the date shown on this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text. Anything genuinely new that collects information will be described here before it goes live.
